Dell Field Court, Barnet

Dell Field Court, Barnet

Dell Field Court is a purpose built residential home, completed in 2003 and is one of the most up-to-date homes in the London Borough of Barnet.  The home provides care for 40 residents in five smaller living groups.  These smaller community houses within our home allow for a more intimate, homely atmosphere to be created and for staff and residents to be able to get to know each other better.

Care is provided for frail older people and we have a specialist care unit for 12 Asian Elders and a small group for older people with learning disability.

The home is located in Finchley off Ballards Lane and is conveniently located for buses and tube stations.   Shops and other amenities are within walking distance.

For an information pack or to arrange a care consultation please contact the manager.

Residents' Views

“In my room I’ve got my Sky TV, my phone and my fridge to keep my beers in.  I like my privacy so I stay in my room a lot, but I like to know people are there if I need them or want some company.  I have nothing to be unhappy about here.”

“We are very happy with the staff and the way they look after everyone here.  Any problems, are sorted out very quickly.  It is very nice here.”

“It’s a marvellous place, but it’s the people who make it.”

A Site Manager from Quinn London who recently carried out works at Dell Field Court said that he’s worked in a number of care homes over the years but that Dell Field Court was the best run service he’s ever seen:
"During our visit to the scheme on Friday, it was a pleasure to hear residents on every floor singing and residents playing games with each other and with the staff. The atmosphere at Dell Field Court is absolutely fantastic and it is lovely to see very happy residents in a very well maintained environment; especially when you see so many horror stories on television documentaries of elderly people being mistreated and care homes being closed down due to lack of funding. Elderly people deserve the best – and that is clearly what they get at Dell Field Court."
