What our community says
To know that my father is keen to return to his home after a lovely day out with me gives me reassurance of how safe, secure, and happily well-looked after, he is… I have peace of mind knowing he is in the best place for him
Having worked in the caring profession before retirement I find myself very impressed with the professional, compassionate and person-centred attention given to my husband who has recently moved into Lewin House. The specialist Alzheimer’s nursing care he is receiving for challenging behaviour and complex needs is second to none.

How we support the transition?
We’re here to make the process simple and supportive for both you and your loved one:
- Initial Care Consultation: We begin with an initial consultation with our Family Liaison Managers, who will listen to your needs, answer your questions, and provide detailed information about our services.
- Show Round and Meet the Care Team: We schedule a visit to show you our facilities, meet our dedicated care team, and experience the warm, welcoming environment firsthand.
- Personalised Care Planning: Our care team will conduct a thorough assessment to develop a personalised care plan that addresses the specific needs and preferences of your loved one.
- Check-In on Preferred Date: Once the care plan is in place, we will arrange for your loved one to check in on a preferred date, ensuring a seamless and comfortable transition into our community.
