Providing Robert with the opportunity to thrive

TalkBack are a charity who support people with autism and learning disabilities to seek and secure jobs. As an orgnaisation they help guide people into employment, which in turn increases their self-esteem and independence, builds their essential life skills and provides social opportunities.

We first became acquainted with TalkBack at a jobs fair at the start of 2020 and quickly realised that we could support their organisation and in turn, they could support ours. From this chance meeting, we met Robert, one of TalkBack’s members who has been working wth the team at Cherry Garth since summer 2020.

TalkBack’s aim is to encourage more organisations to do the same, so we caught up with them recently to discuss our experience of working in partnership with them.
