Testimonials: how residents feel about our care

The rooms for residents are large and airy, with enough room for occupants to bring their own chairs, rugs, pictures and personal odds and ends to make them feel at home. The first thing I noticed on my first (and subsequent) visit was the total lack of urine and cooking smells. The air is clean and

pleasant. The home is well-maintained and decorated (painted surfaces, general cleaning, etc). There is a happy atmosphere, and the Friday morning “choir” is well attended by residents and visitors. The staff are friendly and always willing to help or chat with residents.

We have been so impressed with the staff and how welcoming they are and make a lovely, lively environment for the residents. Lots of entertainment and activities are available if my mother wants to join in. The care is lovely, and Mum feels well cared for and comfortable with the staff.
