Testimonials: how residents feel about our care
My mother receives great care at the home despite her advanced condition. She is still treated with dignity and everybody addresses her by her name.
- Review from G. B. (Son of Resident) published on 8 June 2023 with a five star rating
The decision to move our mother into Farnham Common House is one that we are pleased to have made. On arriving we were warmly welcomed by a member of staff and to this day they have been caring and empathetic towards our mother’s needs and supportive to family requests. We have found that all staff
and management are professional and approachable at all times. The management of visitors (and staff) throughout the pandemic was robust and gave us confidence everything reasonable was being done to keep the residents as safe as possible. A programme of regular entertainment and activities for residents at the home is in place which helps maintain an engaging mindset for all and a homely feel for residents. Family member engagement and participation is also encouraged. All in all a very positive place.
