My Time, located in Bedford Town Centre, is a service offering adults with a learning disability unique and personal support, enabling them to actively participate in stimulating, meaningful and enjoyable activities of their own choice.

The name ‘My Time’ was chosen because we put people using our service in the driver’s seat. It’s their time and our experienced team is dedicated to making activities and events that may have previously been deemed impossible, entirely possible!

Some of the activities and experiences that have been enjoyed by those who come along to My Time include:

• Accessing a range of community facilities e.g. sports facilities,education centres, nature reserves
• Visiting attractions e.g. football stadiums, theme parks, theatres
• Supporting people to develop life skills through learning either as part of a small group or individually e.g. cookery, computing, music

My Time is run by a friendly team who are committed to developing a tailored, person-centred support programme to suit the individual’s wishes, abilities, likes and dislikes.

People who access My Time may have experienced difficulties in an area of their life, leaving both them and their family potentially excluded from their community. Our skilled team works with people to support them to achieve better outcomes and enjoy a life that is enriched and fulfilled.
