Emma started working for The Fremantle Trust when she was 18 years old and began her career working as a carer at Farnham Common House. She rose through the ranks to Team Leader and was eventually asked to move to Mulberry Court in Chalfont St Peter where she was offered the role of Deputy Manager. At the end of 2021, Emma was offered the role of Home Manager.
Throughout her time at The Fremantle Trust, Emma has completed multiple training programs, including a BTech in Dementia Awareness, an NVQ Level 3 in Care and an L3 Leadership and Management Diploma. She is also currently completing her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care.
Emma looks forward to many years of promoting high standards of care and creating a happy, welcoming home for the residents of Mulberry Court.
