I began my career as a Health Care Assistant in a General Practice surgery, where I worked for six months before starting my formal General Registered Nurse training in Hammersmith Hospital. After over 20 years of working as a Registered Nurse and gaining nursing experience across various specialties, I developed a deep understanding of patient care, which led to my transition into management.
To enhance my leadership skills, I pursued management studies part-time, earning both a BA (Hons) from University of Westminster and an MA from Brunel University in Health Care Management. This academic achievement provided the foundation for my management career, allowing me to effectively lead and support healthcare teams.
Over the past 20 years, I focused on elder health, a field I am deeply passionate about. This dedication to improving the quality of life for older adults has been a driving force behind my work.
